Advanced Training Programme "Increasing Component Recovery in Oil and Gas Reservoir Development"

The purpose of the course from V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University is to improve the competences of professional activity in the organisation of geological and field works during the development of oil and gas deposits to ensure the planned volumes of increase in the component yield of hydrocarbon raw materials.

Advanced training programme "Increasing component yield in oil and gas reservoir development".

As a result of the programme the students will learn about the existing approaches to field development taking into account extraction of useful components from reservoir raw materials and about new methods and technologies to increase component yield. Thanks to the training the competences in the field geology, organisation of the production process of hydrocarbon raw materials extraction and preparation of proposals for additional geological and field studies are formed.

Disciplines of the course: "Enhancement of component yield of gas condensate fields" and "Enhancement of component yield of oil fields".

The lecturers of the programme will be:

• Tatiana Smirnova - acting head of the department "Field geology, hydrogeology and geochemistry of combustibles" ASU, candidate of geological and mineralogical sciences.
• Lubov Ushivtseva - Associate Professor of the Department of "Field Geology, Hydrogeology and Geochemistry of Combustible Fossils" ASU, Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences.
• Mikhail Fadeev - senior lecturer of the department "Field geology, hydrogeology and geochemistry of combustible minerals" ASU, head of the geological department of LLC "PKF Nedra-S".
• Ilya Borovsky is a leading engineer for oil and gas production at Gazprom Dobycha Astrakhan.

The programme will start in April 2023 (2-3 weeks). The cost is 12,000 roubles. Form of training: part-time, with the use of DOT.

According to the results of the training a certificate of the established sample of V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University is issued.
