Advanced training programme

Teachers of general and vocational educational organisations and teachers of higher educational institutions are invited to attend the course on preparation of schoolchildren for the Unified State Exam in biology from V. N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University.

Advanced Training Programme "Advanced Preparation for the USE in Biology"
The program aims to address the increasing complexity of the biology USE test tasks, which has led to a steady annual decrease in the average score: in 2022, it was 50.2, the lowest among all subjects. With only 62 students scoring a perfect 100 nationwide, biology remains among the top 5 subjects chosen for the USE.

In 2023, there are changes in the tasks of the Unified State Exam in biology: the number of tasks of the first block has increased, their content has changed and the number of tasks with drawings has increased. In connection with the changes introduced, the proposed course will enable teachers to work through the most difficult sections of biology:

  • mechanisms of transmission and realisation of hereditary information (tasks 28 and 29, as well as tasks from the first part);
  • regularities of inheritance of traits (tasks 28 and 29, tasks from the first part);
  • biophysical aspects of organism functioning;
  • mechanisms and main stages of embryogenesis, germ sheets and their derivatives;
  • anatomy and physiology of the nervous system and higher nervous activity.

The implementation of the program will begin in April-May 2023, with a duration of 36 hours. The cost is 2,000 rubles. The training format includes in-person sessions, supplemented by electronic learning and distance education technologies.
According to the results of the training, a certificate of the established standard of V.N. Tatishchev Astrakhan State University is issued.

Applications for training are accepted until 17 April 2023 to the e-mail address: pk@asu.edu.ru. More detailed information can be obtained by phone: 8 (8512) 24-64-83 (ext. 463) - Khabekenova Anara Romanovna. The list of all programmes can be found on the portal of additional education.
