ASU Students Receive Recommendations on Conducting Scientific Activities
Students learned how to start doing science, find a supervisor, how science differs from other activities and how it is connected with project work at the Science and Practice educational and scientific workshop.
Opening the meeting, the organizers noted that science is one of the key drivers of the high-tech sector of the economy. Achieving scientific and technological independence is one of the main tasks of the State, which is now very important not only for national security, but also for the future of the country.
The event participants discussed the challenges addressed by the Caspian scientific community in order to ensure scientific and technological independence, and the importance of grant support for regional and international projects.
Touching upon the topic of science and practice, the event participants discussed how to make sure that young people stay in the region. According to the speakers, it is necessary, first of all, to support young people, promote their motivation, give young people the opportunity to work in their homeland and receive a decent salary. It is also very important to pay attention to network programmes for schoolchildren, strategic sessions, etc.
