ASU Rector Tells About International Cooperation Development in the Context of UNESCO Chair Operation

Rector of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University has taken part in a meeting of the Coordinating Committee of the Russian Federation UNESCO Chairs.

The Rector of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University Konstantin Markelov told his colleagues about the events arranged by the university UNESCO Chair, main agreements and prospects for cooperation with friendly countries.

Recently, ASU UNESCO Chair has arranged and participated in more than 50 events aimed to implement initiatives and social projects in the field of sustainable development.

Following the meeting, the Committee members have outlined and approved a road map for the RF UNESCO Chairs for 2023. It is planned to continue implementing UNESCO Hour, Educational and Cultural Dialogue projects, and to arrange Folk Festival EthnoDrive.
