Seminar for Young Managers in Efficient Decision-Making

The Institute of Strategy & Competitiveness of Astrakhan State University has delivered the educational seminar “Modern Business Technologies of Efficient Management Decision-Making”. The Administration of Governor of Astrakhan Region backed the event.

A large number of young and promising managers, who work in various spheres of Astrakhan Region’s economy, took part in this seminar. The program of the Seminar included three modules. The participants learnt about the management decision-making algorithm based on the method that Harvard Business School applies; they also took part in a master class to obtain skills of efficient HRM decision-making and learnt how to apply the scribing technique in their professional activities. At the end of the seminar, there was a discussion related to making decisions in management.
