What disciplines will be studied by students covering the bachelor specialty “Social & Cultural Activities” (profile "Musical & Scene Playing")?

This is a new profile; during the four years of their studies, students will master scene playing, the scene speech, choreography, vocal, and choir singing. They will also learn the theater makeup, the history of scenic costumes, stage direction, and secrets of performance setting. Besides, they will learn to produce theater performances.

Who will teach students who cover the bachelor specialty “Social & Cultural Activities” (profile "Musical & Scene Playing")?

Renowned stage directors, actors and actresses, vocalists, and choreographers of Astrakhan Region. We are planning to invite Russia’s top masters of the scene to take part in inclusive teaching.

Does the bachelor specialty “Pedagogical Education” (profile "Choreography & Rhythmics") imply advanced training in choreography? What kind of dance will be studied?

Various dances: classical, folk, ball dances!

Are sewing skills necessary to be enrolled to the specialty “Pedagogical Education” (profile "Technology (Sewing & Design of Clothes)"? Or will you teach us from the very ABC?

We shall teach you from the very ABC. You just need to have a real wish to obtain the skills in creation of textile products. We shall teach you the technique of cut and sewing; you will learn how to design clothes. Moreover, our graduates will learn how to teach others to do all that.

What do future social pedagogues cover their practical training programs?

At all the relevant institutions and organizations of the Ministry of Social Development & Labor of Astrakhan Region.
