For example, representatives of Pilot Group shared some secrets of successful employment with the students; AZIMUT Hotel staff members told them how to have a successful job interview, how to make an HR specialist like you and what requirements are set to a prospective employee. Another webinar about the principles of forming competitiveness of the youth at the labour market was held by the Astrakhan Employment Agency.

Today, the forum participants learnt about current vacancies and in-demand professions, measures to support entrepreneurship, regional projects that are aimed at ensuring employment and facilitating adaptation at the labour market. The students were shown best practices and examples of career growth. The participants also discussed some changes in the sphere of employment that have happened in the pandemic times.
