ASU and DSTU Will Develop Financial Literacy Supported by Sberbank

Astrakhan State University, Dagestan State Technical University and the Astrakhan branch of Sberbank have signed an agreement on interaction at the sites of the universities within the framework of international scientific forum “Caspian Region 2021: Sustainable Development Trajectories”.

The parties intend to disseminate information about advanced and practice-proven developments in the field of financial literacy among residents of Astrakhan Region and the Republic of Dagestan.

According to Rector of ASU Konstantin Markelov, the university specialists have created a platform to increase knowledge on financial literacy, which also includes materials on financial cybersecurity. In order to make it convenient for use and fill it with high-quality materials, the project involved university specialists in the field of economics, finance and psychology. The platform allows not only to view the materials but also to test the acquired knowledge.
