A large-scale educational event of this summer is taking place in August in Veliky Novgorod. It will allow participants to present projects in the field of new technologies. The Boiling Point Center of Astrakhan State University has hosted a working meeting on preparing the teams that will represent Astrakhan Region.

The speakers of the preparatory event were the leader of the participants’ team, Rector of ASU Konstantin Markelov, Vice Rector for Digitalization, Innovations and Priority Projects Aleksey Titov and Advisor to the Director-General of autonomous non-profit organization “University 20.35” Vasily Tretyakov.

The head of the university noted the importance of participating in such large-scale and useful projects, because they help to improve the university’s efficiency. According to Konstantin Markelov, participation in the intensive will allow to exchange experience with colleagues, partners, which, in its turn, will bring new trends and tasks to the university’s activities.

Vasily Tretyakov presented the intensive programme, talking in detail about the upcoming events, and wished fruitful work within the tracks.

Aleksey Titov noted that in addition to the business team that will travel to Veliky Novgorod for offline participation, the university will present a distributed situational center in situ, that is, online. Like the offline participants, its members will be involved in all intensive activities, will be able to receive tasks, solve and present them to their mentors. This approach is planned to be used for the first time. 50 participants were announced from Astrakhan Region, including representatives of the public authorities and the business community.

Participants of the educational intensive of the past years shared their experience and charged the new team with positive emotions.

Now the team of Astrakhan State University is eagerly preparing to leave for Veliky Novgorod and present their innovative projects there.
