ASU Invites to Test Digital Competencies with IT dictation

On September 13, an all-Russia educational campaign on digital technologies will be held as part of the Day of the Programmer celebration. Participants will answer 32 questions to assess their knowledge and skills in the key competencies of the digital economy.

The event is organized by the Department of Informatization of Tyumen Region together with the Tyumen Boiling Point Co-Working Center.

The campaign is timed to the Day of the Programmer of Russia, which is annually celebrated on the 256th day of the year, symbolizing the great number of values that can be expressed using the eight-bit byte. In 2021, the dictation will take place on September 13.

The IT dictation is a set of text assignments of various complexity levels with the topics from the basics of working with computer equipment and skills in using Internet resources to knowledge in topics like blockchain and the Internet of Things. The testing aims to assess the level of competence of the participants, mastery of basic and advanced skills in such areas as the basics of computer literacy, critical perception of information, financial transactions and online shopping, digital security, the use of digital devices and their synchronization, the use of social networking functionality and production of multimedia content, information search and end-to-end technologies.

The campaign lasts one day and is completely online. On the day of its holding, which is September 13, go to the website èò-äèêòàíò.ðô and click the Pass the Dictation button. Until that time, you can try to answer last year’s questions there.
