ASU Professor Is Awarded for Participation in Expert Activities

Irina Tarasova, Head of the UNESCO Chair “Learning Society and Human Sustainable Development”, has been awarded a certificate of honour from Mikhail Eskindarov, Rector of Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

The award was presented for the professionalism and significant achievements in the training of state and municipal employees of the Republic of Crimea within the professional retraining programme “Training of Management Teams of the Republic of Crimea” in 2020-2021.

Irina Tarasova joined the team of professors and experts of Financial University to implement such training programmes as “Systemic and creative management”, “Culture of personality development”, “Preparation for public defense of the project” and “Master of business negotiations”.

In the course of the work, the experts raised the issues of using non-standard critical thinking and creative activity, the ability to apply the scenario approach as an alternative to linear planning. The attendees developed the competence of business management communication, they acquired the skills of public speaking and the ability to speak convincingly in front of an audience of any complexity.
