Konstantin Markelov Speaks at Forum “Knowledge Transfer. Technologies of the Future”

The scientific and educational event opened a large-scale project organized within the framework of cooperation between the Knowledge Russian Society and IPR MEDIA company to exchange knowledge and experience between experts and university professors and to promote digital technologies among students.

The forum took place at the Southern Federal University, Rostov-on-Don. The scientific meeting opened with an expert open talk “Transfer of Knowledge from Campus to Industry and Back: Training Digital HR to Address Global Challenges” within the framework of the plenary session.

Representatives of universities discussed the essence of the knowledge transfer process and ways to establish the process of data and technology exchange between the academic sphere and the real economy in an efficient way; they also talked about the role of training digital HR in the context of current global challenges, about the knowledge transfer and end-to-end technologies to address these challenges, including in the field of genetics.

Konstantin Markelov told his colleagues about the experience of transferring knowledge of Astrakhan State University, noting that today ASU works in three main areas: the first is university, college and school, the second is government and industry, and third is university and international community.

Forum «Knowledge Transfer. Technologies of the Future» was also attended by Director of the ASU Institute of Physics & Mathematics Aleksey Rybakov. He made a report titled “Analysis of Agriculture-Promising Computer Vision Methods” within the framework of lecture “Artificial Intelligence: Where Theory Meets Real Problem Solving”.
