ASU Starts Developing a Digital Platform for the North-South Transport Corridor
At the working meeting, scientists of Astrakhan State University presented the first results of their research in this area to the General Director of the Lotus special economic zone Sergey Milushkin.
Activities are carried out within one of the five priority areas implemented by Astrakhan State University according to the Priority 2030 programme.
As ASU Rector Konstantin Markelov says, the working group firstly summarized the experience of leading companies engaged in similar areas, and now they can show their first developments to the industrial partners.
The rector of ASU noted that the university can become a point of collecting all initiatives for the digitalization of the transport corridor and will also support the project in terms of scientific support and staffing.
Director of the ASU Institute of Physics and Mathematics Aleksey Rybakov told the audience about the progress already made by the group of developers.
According to Sergey Milushkin, he was impressed by the ASU scientists’ results. The guest gave the representatives of the university specific recommendations for further development and improvement of the system and assessed the prospects for its effective implementation.
