ASU Employees Complete Digital Traineeship Course of Higher School of Economics

Heads of a few departments of Astrakhan State University took part in an expert discussion on the potential for the development of the region’s economy and industry within the framework of the HSE University Partnership Programme.

The University Partnership is a programme of the Higher School of Economics National Research University aimed at building a system of cooperation with Russian universities in science, teaching and management.

The ASU team presented their project “Astrakhan State University as a Monitoring Center for Regional Market of Engineering HR”, where they proposed to create an expert and analytical community. Its functioning will allow to address such tasks, set before Astrakhan Region and the Caspian macroregion, as analyzing the market of engineering graduates of Astrakhan State University, exploring the regional market of engineering HR, developing the university’s image as an expert and analytical center and preparing a package of solutions to provide consulting on the development of the regional market of engineering HR.

Experts of the Higher School of Economics gave positive assessment of the project concept. Upon results of the consultations, the ASU team received certificates and an invitation to a full-time internship in April 2022 at the Higher School of Economics. The experts also suggested creating a mirror laboratory for the Higher School of Economics at ASU.
