ASU became the best in Russia in organising HR partnerships

The Public Chamber of the Russian Federation summed up the results of the review-competition of the best practices of career centres, employment promotion, employment of students and graduates. Astrakhan State University won in one of the nominations.

ASU Career Planning Centre took part in a large-scale event organised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.

The purpose of the review-competition was to identify and implement innovative methodologies, experience in the interaction of participants in the human resources partnership ecosystem, and to involve students in building their career trajectories. The competition involved 160 universities and consisted of two stages: qualifying and final.

Astrakhan State University won in the category "Best Practices of Career Center Activities in the Human Resources Partnership Ecosystem," sharing first place with the National University of Science and Technology MISIS. The experts highly rated the university based on such parameters such as student participation in the development of human resources partnerships of universities, business, and territories; organization of research practices of students in the interests of ecosystem development.

"Thanks to participation in this competition, we had an opportunity to get acquainted with modern tools for transformation of career centres, best practices of interaction between participants of the staff partnership ecosystem and students" involvement in building their career trajectories", - commented Anastasia Ignatova, head of the ASU Career Planning Centre.


The main competition also included a student competition of networking practices that will be useful for students to determine their career trajectory. A total of 50 applications for participation were submitted. Astrakhan State University won in the nomination "Digital and intelligent technologies for networking".
