ASU Group of Changes Keeps Working on Individualization of Education
Astrakhan State University is hosting a four-day project and analytical session on designing changes in the educational process when introducing individual educational trajectories.
The working group of specialists in educational and methodological work, led by experts from the Moscow company CUSTIS, is developing a concept to improve the mechanisms for providing educational services of the university.
Upon the first day results, the colleagues fixed the goals of the project and determined the components of the ASU Bachelor level individualization model, after which the Group of Changes specified this model.
According to the participants of the workshop, they managed to develop a model of an individual educational trajectory, which includes four key positions and will change:
- educational content;
- learning technologies;
- rules for forming a choice;
- profile of the applicant and graduate.
The specialists also took the time to work out the blocks of the educational space in detail with an analysis of their purpose and educational results, and to determine the choice model for each block.
Over the next two days, the Group of Changes will be directly involved in designing changes in the management models of academic and educational activities in the context of individualization. The outcome of the design and analytical session will be a roadmap for the project.
