Konstantin Markelov Is Awarded the Title of Honorary Worker in the Field of Education of Russia

The rector of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University was handed the award on his 60th birthday.

The honorary title was awarded to Konstantin Markelov by order of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation for significant merits and conscientious work in the field of higher education.

The award was presented to the colleague by President of Astrakhan State University Aleksandr Lunev.
