Konstantin Markelov Visits Sberbank Call Center

As part of the tour, Executive Manager of the Astrakhan Branch of Sberbank Roman Dubinsky told the rector of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University about the new unit, after which the parties outlined further areas of cooperation.

The unified distribution contact center, which occupies two floors of the main office of Sberbank, opened in 2022. Its employees provide daily customer support by phone, chat and via social media.

Some of the employees of the new unit, which has provided the region with 300 jobs, are students of Astrakhan State University. Sber provides an opportunity to combine work and study, and also guarantees career growth.

ASU Rector Konstantin Markelov had a tour of the contact center. He was shown study rooms where employees learn theory before starting their work, as well as workplaces, a recreation area, a canteen, a gym and a meeting room.

During the conversation, Konstantin Markelov and Roman Dubinsky considered the possibility of organizing joint projects and discussed issues related to student employment.
