ASU Strengthens and Expands Cooperation with Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University

The Caspian Higher School of Interpreting and Translation of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University hosted a business meeting with representatives of SPbPU, who visited the university as part of the 7th Astrakhan Peter’s Readings International Scientific Conference.

The main agenda of the meeting was the discussion of the development of bilateral cooperation. The participants talked about the organization of academic mobility of teaching staff, administrative employees and students in various educational programs. In addition, representatives of ASU and SPbPU discussed the possibility of carrying out activities to develop joint educational programs and curricula and improve the skills of the teaching staff through scientific internships and language courses.

In addition, the participants noted that they would evaluate the prospects for organizing and holding general scientific and practical conferences, scientific and methodological seminars and innovative competitions.

During the meeting, an agreement was reached to hold a joint Winter School.
