ASU Students Make Their Proposals on Creating Student Clubs
Project session “Co-management of University” was held at Astrakhan Tatishchev State University as part of the regional program of the forum “Your move – 2022”.
The event was held by representatives of the ASU United Council of Students in order to analyze the student self-governance system existing at the university.
The project session began with a small game survey of the students about the clubs that exist at Astrakhan State University. Guided by the moderators, the guys managed to list all the functioning student associations: What Happened Next?, Minor karaoke club, ASU Victory Volunteers, WE pro-family club, ASU COVER DANCE and many others. In addition, young people tried to identify their main tasks, functions, and ideas.
Then representatives of the United Council of Students held a brainstorm: together with the students, they tried to come up with ideas that could form the basis of future associations. Among the options was a club of folk instruments, a theater club, a driving school, and a prose club.
At the end of the event, the moderators suggested that all the project session participants applied to the UCS with their own initiative to create an association so that it can be developed in the future, or joined existing student clubs.
