ASU Employees Are Working on the Plan to Change Scientific and Educational Structure of University
A methodical seminar, which will help to update the potential of educational facility and optimize the management system of academic environment, is being held at Astrakhan Tatishchev State University for two days.
The decision to update scientific and educational structure of ASU was made at the University Academic Council meeting. The training is conducted by the representatives of NRU HSE: Vice President Irina Karelina and Director of the Center for Strategic Academic Partnerships Grigory Yazev, as well as Head of HR projects at MAI Alina Volkova.
The work within the framework of the seminar took place in several stages. First of all, the participants considered the experience of partners of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University. It was possible to determine the priority development areas of the region thanks to the speeches of Minister of Economic Development Mansur Gadzhiev and First Deputy Minister of Education and Science Andrey Kalinichenko. In addition, the participants learnt about the LUKOIL working experience and the need for HR in various spheres of school of the city and region.
Experts and seminar participants managed to consider the pros and cons of the educational activities of the region in the format of discussion, identifying for themselves the areas that still need improving. Later on the event, ASU employees made group presentations, providing structural analysis of academic environment at other universities.
The work on updating the scientific and educational structure of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University will continue tomorrow. A roadmap for the development of university will be developed based on the results of the seminar.
