ASU Vice Rector Speaks at Round Table Arranged by Russian-Turkmen Cultural Center
The round table Prospects of Russian Education Abroad: Intercultural Academic Exchange Within Educational Process has been arranged with participation of Expert Council on Cross-Cultural Dialogue and Education for Sustainable Development attached to the Deputy Chairperson of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
Angelina Fadina, Vice Rector for International Activity of Astrakhan Tatishchev State University, presented a report on multi-level experience of interaction with Turkmen organizations and told about the main areas of international educational cooperation, the measures taken to ensure foreign students’ social and cultural adaptation, and provided examples of unique events and projects arranged together with Turkmen educational organizations of various levels — from primary to higher education.
The Vice Rector proposed other participants take part in ASU events in the fields of cross-cultural dialogue, science and education.
