Join Team of Presidential Program!

Ms. Svetlana Veshneva, Chief Physician of the Right-Bank Hospital of the Southern District Medical Center of Federal Biomedical Agency, has shared her impressions of her covering the Presidential Program “Efficient Healthcare Management: Training of Result-Oriented Management Teams for Regional Healthcare System” that is delivered at Astrakhan State University.

“I’m already using the knowledge I got there in my professional activities. My project skills are especially useful: planning, the right goal-setting, risk estimation, distribution of responsibilities, etc. Knowledge of HR Management is very useful, too. Although Economics was quite hard for me to study, but this discipline, which was unfamiliar for me before, was really interesting for me. I’m planning to get economical education. I’m now introducing time management into my life. My colleagues’ developments (they’re chief physicians, too) helped me a lot: cost optimization, staff recruitment, arrangement of client-oriented medical service. Thanks for teaching me how to make presentations! Now all the participants of South Russian medical councils are looking forward to listening to my public speeches. I made many new friends and found many business contacts, and that’s great.

I have a huge load of impressions! Our group is very friendly and cheerful. I remember we stood on chairs supporting each other, when we met for the first time. I remember my colleagues’ business visits and projects. I liked studying English; the atmosphere was informal, but very distinct and well-structured at our classes of English. I admire patience, self-discipline, and a constant willingness to help us that all our instructors displayed – Tatyana Mordasova, Olga Bogacheva, Vladimir Popov, Diana Shamasova, and others.

I’d like to congratulate our junior peers on their joining our team of the Presidential Program. That’s very prestigious and useful education. You can present yourself and see others present themselves. After all, it’s really pleasant to keep silence for a while in an intelligent society. And if you wish, they’ll help you reveal your talents; they’ll teach you to think, analyze, and present your clever ideas to other people”.
