ASU Participates in Korean Exhibition

Astrakhan State University has taken part in an educational exhibition of South Korean higher educational institutions in Moscow.

The event was held in Moscow at the local World Trade Center; 15 South Korean universities presented the main fields of their activities, as well as their key educational programs. ASU also gave a presentation of its educational projects and came up with suggestions to set up international cooperation in student exchange programs.

Representatives of South Korea’s flagship universities, such as Namseoul University, Pusan National University, Seoul National University, and Chonbuk National University, showed their interest in studies of Russian as a foreign language at Astrakhan State University, in particular, in its Summer School of Russian Language and in language training at our Department of Preliminary Education of Foreign Citizens. Besides, we got their suggestions to cooperate in the sphere of academic mobility.

Thanks to this exhibition, we have found new potential partners, so we look forward to developing our relations with South Korean universities.
