Citizens of the Republic of Turkmenistan, who study at Astrakhan State University, met Mr. Nurymurat Rozydzhumaev, Vice Consul of their country in Astrakhan.
Two top officials of ASU – Prof. Galina Stefanova (First Vice Rector – Rector for Main Activities) and Dr. Nikolay Khurchak (Vice Rector for International Activities) took part in the meeting, as well as about 400 first-year-students who come from Turkmenistan.
Addressing his countrypeople, Mr. Rozydzhumaev told them about the rules that regulate residence of Turkmenistan’s citizens in the Russian Federation; he advised them to obey all the Russian laws and adhere to the University regulations, thus being worthy representatives of their home country.
