Students of ASU Cover Training Program in France

As a result of a competition selection, students of the Department of World Economy & Management of Astrakhan State University became participants of the Erasmus+ academic exchange program.

In the second term of 2018, students of ASU studied at the University of Valenciennes and Hainaut-Cambresis covering the program “Bachelor of Arts in International Trade” there.

“That’s indeed profound experience for us”, our people told us. “That’s life in another country on your own; that’s intense English language practice and mastering French right from the elementary level. We studied specifics of work of one of France’s three best film studios; we made a video ad for ARENBERG. Then we presented our results at the open project defense to the Mayor of Valenciennes, as well as to the University Rector and faculty. The juror highly assessed our project. We also went on interesting excursions in a number of French cities and towns. Erasmus+ is a very valuable experience for us!”
