A Trainer of Astrakhan State University Tells the Colleagues about Digitalization of Human Resource Management

On October 11-13, 2018 Oksana Mineva, Dean of the ASU Faculty of Business & Economy, took part in an international research and practice conference «Russian Economy Breakthrough Development: Conditions, Tools, Effects».

The event that took place in Kabardino — Balkarian State University named after H.M. Berbekov brought together researchers from China, Slovenia, Azerbaijan and many regions of the Russian Federation.

The research and practice conference allowed to form a methodical and methodological framework for development of models of regional macro- and microeconomic systems under the conditions of emerging digital economy. Achieving technical, organizational and legal protection of the person, business and state interests within their interaction under digitalization conditions is the expected outcome.

Oksana Mineva made a speech at the plenary session about a new HR management methodology for the period of transition to the digital economy.

At the conference, apart from considering specific scientific issues, the participants agreed on publication of interuniversity textbooks on a number of administrative majors, joint articles in journals indexed in international databases and advanced training for teachers.
