Astrakhan State University Students Studies a Financial Issue

ASU team was qualified for the final of the international competition on financial awareness «Time is Money» and headed for Volgograd to represent the university at the final stage of the event.

The project is implemented by the Volgograd State University with support of the Federal Youth Agency and Resource Youth Centre.

The international student academic and research forum, dedicated to the issues of the modern international financial system, is held in two stages. Students of the ASU Faculty of Business & Economy successfully passed a distance stage where they were to write an analytical paper on prospects of functioning of a single currency system of the Eurasian Economic Union (the students were given this topic by the drawing of lots). Now the students have gone to Volgograd to an on-site stage of the competition. On October 17-21, they will participate in educational, research and interactive modules of the forum. At the competition final stage, the guys will contest the victory with 52 rival teams represented both by Russian citizens and students of the Caspian states’ universities.
