Astrakhan State University Will Present Its Inventions at NEVA-2019 Exhibition
The 15th International Maritime Exhibition and Conference for Civil Shipping, Shipbuilding, Offshore Energy, Ports, Inland and Waterways Oceanography will take place on September 17-20 at EXPOFORUM Convention and Exhibition Centre, St. Petersburg.
The NEVA exhibition and conference has been held every couple of years since 1991 and has been listed among the top-5 of the global industrial exhibitions. The event is a universally recognized platform for development of international and interregional cooperation and for a fruitful dialogue of experts on current issues of civil shipping, production of technical facilities and equipment for inland and waterways and oceanology, including the Arctic regions and the Northeast Passage.
Astrakhan State University is getting ready to present the regional shipbuilding cluster together with the Centre for Cluster Technologies of Astrakhan region. The regional exposition will consist of achievements of the leading Astrakhan shipbuilding enterprises. The exhibition items have one uniform style of the Astrakhan region’s brand.
The 15th International Maritime Exhibition and Conference for Civil Shipping, Shipbuilding, Offshore Energy, Ports, Inland and Waterways Oceanography will see ASU high-tech projects, implemented both on its own and in cooperation with leading scientific and research organizations and centres of the region. The list of the ASU projects includes an underwater robot, special-construction vessels (amphibious vehicles) and an offshore multipurpose unmanned platform, among other things.
