University Boiling Points will bring together representatives of the sphere of education, science and business, scientists, students, technology businesspersons, public officers, members of social organizations and professional communities.

In the Boiling Point, students and teachers will get an access to the digital platform of the University 20.35, to its services of diagnostics and recommendation that function on the basis of AI algorithms. The work of Boiling Points at universities will be aimed at formation and development of individual educational trajectories of students and teachers so that they can gain necessary digital competencies in the short term, using both the platform University 20.35 and resources of their own university.

According to Elina Polyanskaya, the First Vice Rector — Vice Rector for Strategic Development and the leader of the Boiling Point, the university environment has to choose between preserving the existing system of education or making relevant changes. Astrakhan State University has opted for a change in formats of educational activities. For this purpose, Astrakhan State University has already started strengthening engineering education and implementing practice-oriented training technologies like the CDIO Initiative.
