ASU Representative Will Present His Project on Competence Development on “Winter Island”

Aleksandr Koshkarov, Associate Professor of the Department of Information Technologies and the Head of the Laboratory “Big Data & Digital Technology” of Astrakhan State University, has become a participant of the HR track, aimed at the training of leaders of digital transformation of public agencies, businesses and education.

The “Winter Island” workshop track is prepared and delivered by experts of the Agency for Strategic Indicatives and Sberbank Corporate University, from vice rectors to unit heads and leaders of large projects. The “islanders” are working on their projects on development of competencies in the field of artificial intelligence, data analysis and development of digital literacy skills for different groups — schoolchildren, students, digital and non-digital experts.

Representatives of the Sberbank Corporate University are sharing their experience with the track participants, in particular in the sphere of development of additional programmes of advanced training and re-training for top managers.

The “Winter Island” participants are actively working in groups, each one has a moderator and three experts — representatives of education, business and engineering. Therefore, the team members have necessary experience and expert opinion to form necessary competencies and present projects on HR training and their formats of developing competencies in a certain sphere of activities.
