ASU Alumna Interpreted for Foreign Countries’ Leaders on Victory Day Parade in Moscow
Leaders of different countries, including Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina Milorad Dodik and his counselor, world-famous film director Emir Kusturica, arrived in the Russian capital to attend the celebration. Interpretation for the foreign politician was provided by Liliya Sabirova, a graduate of Astrakhan State University
Liliya Sabirova accompanied the distinguished guests during their walk through the city, viewing of the solemn procession, floral tribute to the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in the Alexander Garden and the official reception by President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin.
