Expert from Astrakhan State University Will Speak at International Forum

On August 28, 2020, the Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov is holding scientific and applied online conference “Independence and Stages of Constitutional Development of Kazakhstan”. The event programme includes lectures by representatives of Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.

In particular, Head of the Department of Theory & History of Journalism of Astrakhan State University Galina Belolipskaya will talk about the experience of cooperation with the Journalism Department of the Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov and about promising plans for further development of the relations.
