ASU Student Heads Regional Office of Youth Movement

A meeting of heads of the student self-governance bodies and a report and election conference of the Astrakhan Regional Branch of the Association of Students and Student Unions of Russia has taken place at Astrakhan State University within the district-wide school of student self-governance “Southern”.

Chair of the Astrakhan regional organization “Russian Union of Youth” Anna Konopleva told the participants about the regional stage of the Russian national award “Student of the Year — 2020”, about the youth project forum “SeliAS-2020” and about the selection of best students, deserving the title of Governor Scholarship Holders.

Chair of the regional office of the Association of Students and Student Unions of Russia Alina Kunyaeva presented a report on the office’s activity in 2018-2020.

A report and election conference was held at the end of the meeting; upon the voting results, Anastasiya Bogdanova, a student of the Faculty of Social Communications of Astrakhan State University, was elected new chair of the regional office of the Association of Students and Student Unions of Russia.
