Honored Professors of ASU Were Awarded on Their Professional Holiday

A Teachers’ Day concert took place on October, 5 at the grand hall of the Cultural Centre of Astrakhan State University. Staff members of the university viewed artistic items and could congratulate their distinguished colleagues.

For example, Galina Belyakova, Natalia Ermolina, Irina Krutova and Yuri Tarasevich were awarded a title of Honored Worker of Education of the Russian Federation for numerous prominent merits in education and long and dedicated service.

Nikolay Vybornov, Irina Medvedik, Irina Romanovskaya and Natalia Sannikova were awarded with certificates of honor from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.

Congratulating his colleagues, Rector of Astrakhan State University Konstantin Markelov wished them good health, success in their hard pedagogical work, luck and inspiration.

The professors also received warm congratulations from Chair of the ASU Trade Union Lyudmila Kasianova.

At the end of the celebration, the guests enjoyed impressive concert items, prepared by performers of the ASU Cultural Centre.
