According to the organizers, the new season hit the record by the number of applications — 592 ideas from 85 cities of Russia, Belarus, Israel and Kazakhstan. 368 projects were qualified for the first round, where the teams presented their projects to professional experts. Having been trained within the acceleration programme, 64 projects made it to the final.

This year, the accelerator has received applications for six categories: TechNet, Mining&Energy, Agro&MedTech, Socio&EduTech, IT&Robotics, Chemical&GreenTech. These are cutting-edge ideas in healthcare, robotic engineering, shipbuilding, IT, agriculture and other spheres.

Aleksey Titov told the experts that his team had been designing and producing hovercraft for a few years, and shared the potential of using amphibious technologies and prospects of this business project.

Results of the competition final are to be summed up soon. The best projects will be awarded grants from the Perm Ministry of Education and Science.
