Anti-Drug Activities Are Held at Astrakhan State University College

The college organized drug-prevention talks for its 1-5th year students, involving experts from the Anti-Drug Commission of the Astrakhan Administration, the Federal Drug Control Service of the Russian Federation in Astrakhan and Astrakhan Narcological Dispensary.

Participants discussed the issues of the psychoactive drug effect on physiological and mental condition of a person and the criminal and administrative liability for their taking. Besides, the students learnt about some prevention activities that are held in the city every year.

They also were shown videos on the harmful effect of alcohol and drugs.

The next step in psychoactive drug prevention is to hold group classes, using the gained knowledge and materials.
