ASU Students and Staff Can Do Free-of-Charge First Aid Course Online
The State Youth Policy Department of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education announces that the All-Russia Student Rescue Corps is holding a series of online classes on rescue activities and media coverage on December 14-22, 2020 within the framework of project “Safety Lens”.
The project activities dwell on the issues of first-aid treatment under different conditions, usage of modern means and devices by emergency response groups, fire-fighting training, including the rules of conduct in case of fire, procedural and institutional aspects of aid provision, types of flammable substances and a lot more.
Besides, the project experts will teach how to assemble videos, write interesting texts, take good photos and process them. The participants can learn the basics of journalism and editing, legal aspects of journalist activities, including of those that work in emergency zones, methods of their preparing for negotiations, and psychology of volunteer work in emergency areas.
