Astrakhan State University Is Given New Engineering Machines

The equipment has been gifted to the university’s engineers by Andrey Bakhmetiev, a TV host, inventor and member of the ASU Board of Overseers.

The university has been given a 90×60 laser, high-precision milling machine and plotter as an act of charity. The devices are ready for work and will be placed into service in the near future.

The new equipment will be used both by scientists and engineers of the university to improve their projects and put them into practice, and by students at the lessons.

At the 7th VUZPROMEXPO national exhibition, Andrey Bakhmetiev was acknowledged with a letter of gratitude for the rendered assistance and contribution to the development of project activities of Astrakhan State University.
