Konstantin Markelov Ranks 12th in Russian Rectors’ Ranking

Davydov.Index expert network has published top-50 chiefs of Russian HEIs who were mentioned in the media in December 2020.

In comparison with the previous month, Konstantin Markelov moved up by 13 positions and ranked 12th: in December, his name was mentioned in mass media 32 times according to the St. Petersburg Politics Foundation and Davydov.Index.

Konstantin Markelov is the only chief of Astrakhan HEI who enters the ranking every month, starting from September 2020.

In December, the ASU rector outstripped the chiefs of the Higher School of Economics — National Research University, Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University, Tver State University, Ural Federal University and other HEIs that earlier formed top-10 leaders of the ranking.
