These qualities are undoubtedly important both in combat conditions and in everyday life. May they defend the interests of our country not on the battlefield but only at the peaceful negotiating table.

I would like to address my special congratulations to the veterans of our university who participated in local conflicts and fought for peace in the world. You serve an example of moral rectitude, devotion and selfless love for the Motherland. I believe that the new generations will be worth of your feat.
