ASU and Russia — Country of Opportunities Organization Sign Cooperation Agreement

The document has been signed today by Rector of Astrakhan State University Konstantin Markelov and Director-General of the autonomous non-profit organization Aleksey Komissarov.

The ceremony took place within the framework of the All-Russia project seminar “On the Same Wavelength with Universities”, which is being held on April 9-10 in Sochi. It is dedicated to cooperation with universities in the framework of projects of organization “Russia — Country of Opportunities”, improvement of the efficiency of the platform’s joint work with Russian universities, as well as the development and implementation of Competence Centres in universities.

Signing agreements on cooperation and interaction will allow to achieve multiple goals. First, to build a uniform approach to organize personal and professional diagnostics of participants of competitions and projects of organization “Russia — Country of Opportunities” in Russian universities. Secondly, to provide assistance for their career support. Thirdly, to ensure the development of practice-oriented education, aimed at the formation of business competencies in students. Fourthly, to implement the concept of a single entry point for the projects of organization “Russia — Country of Opportunities” in Russian universities.

“The signing of the agreement is a logical continuation of the cooperation between the university and the presidential platform. Now, even more of our students and staff members will be able to prove themselves, realize their potential and grow professionally,” comments ASU Rector Konstantin Markelov.
