Regional Managers Successfully Completed Their Studies at ASU

Astrakhan State University has held the final examination of the students of the Presidential programme for training managerial HR of the 2020/2021 academic year.

The study programme ended with the state examination in the form of solving a case-study task and defending a case presentation in groups, as well as defending graduation certification projects in various areas of modern organization development.

An obligatory requirement for the final projects was their design-oriented nature, as well as development of an enterprise management strategy. The final certification commission commended the high level of preparation of the graduation papers. All the strategic development projects presented by the audience were considered relevant and very significant for the region.

The subjects of this year’s final certification paperswere diverse — from development of the HR management system to creation of a strategy for the development of organizations. The developments proposed by the students were aimed at ensuring the socioeconomic development of Astrakhan Region, and some of them were recommended for implementation.
