ASU Journalism Students Learn about Data Visualization Methods

The webinar is part of the educational programme of the Alliance of Independent Regional Publishers, the main goal of which is to develop regional media through joint training of media staff, SMM specialists and freelancers.

During the online meeting, 1st-3rd year journalism students learned about the methods of visualizing information for journalistic data, methods of drawing up infographics and the peculiarities of editorial work. The speaker was Mark Orlov, a regional specialist of Canva platform.

The students will be able to apply the acquired skills when creating their own media products.
