Future Scientific Leaders of ASU Learned Fundamentals of Innovation Management
Participants of the training programme for leaders of scientific and technical projects and laboratories have completed their studies in the second educational module, within which they received knowledge on the management issues in science, technology and innovation.
Studying management in science is one of the main areas of the programme. It allows to comprehend the basics of using scientific analysis to determine the best ways to achieve goals and solve specific problems, to assess the importance of selecting workers who are the most suitable for specific research tasks, to understand the need for providing employees with the resources required to achieve their goals.
Within the educational tracks of the module, the programme participants, guided by Professor Raisa Akmaeva, discussed the tasks of innovative management of organizations working in the scientific and technical sphere, talked about the issues of interaction between the research and entrepreneurial sectors of the economy, suggested ways to improve the mechanisms of knowledge transfer based on creation of new products and organizational forms of innovation. Particular attention in the theoretical block was paid to the peculiarities of modern management in the era of digital transformation.
To hone practical skills, the students were asked to make a calculation and provide a justification for the economic efficiency of technological and organizational innovations in the given conditions. All participants successfully coped with the assigned tasks and received advanced training certificates.
