ASU on Archipelago 2121: University’s Team Studies Modern Trends in Teaching Youth

Members of the delegation of Astrakhan State University have attended track “New Models and Work with Talents in Ecosystem of NTI Kruzhok Movement” at the project and educational intensive.

The speaker of the event was Aleksey Fedoseev, President of the Association of Technological Kruzhok Participants. He shared a new approach to working with talented and enthusiastic children with the audience.

The structure of the process consists of three interrelated stages: involvement and formation of core competencies, training in project activities and implementation of developments in business.

Director of ASU College Svetlana Kunyashova noted the relevance of this trend for Astrakhan State University, stressing that recently the university has become a platform for holding seminars on mentoring practices in project activities for youth teams.

Delegates of Astrakhan State University took part in a discussion of the role of resource centers, digital support of students and interaction of the Kruzhok Movement with Russian universities. In conclusion, the participants put forward a proposal to add additional competitive points for participation in the NTI Academic Competitions when applicants are being enrolled at educational institutions.
