ASU on Archipelago 2121: Start of University Track
Active work is beginning at the intensive, and the team of Astrakhan State University does not lag behind the pace of events, joining all the most interesting and useful meetings.
Today, several significant meetings have been held at the sites of the Archipelago 2121, attended by ASU representatives.
Discussion “Drivers of the Archipelago: Science and Universities” was conducted by leading figures of science and politics of Russia. The audience had the opportunity to talk to them about the role of universities in the development of regions, as well as about changes in higher educational institutions in connection with the actualization of the climate agenda and guidelines for the future.
The ASU team was divided to attend different sites the Archipelago 2121 educational intensive in order to cover as many educational opportunities as possible. Part of the group went to the track “Universities as Institutions for Urban and Regional Development” which included master class “Involving Students in Scientific Projects”, where the participants got recommendations on motivating students to project activities.
Other members of the delegation of Astrakhan State University joined track “New Formats of Education at Universities”, aimed at finding and designing new educational formats.
Once the events have been over, the teams of higher education institutions will return to their educational institutions with specific practical solutions ready for implementation.
