ASU Employees Take Part in Strategic Session on University Development
Last weekend, the united team of Astrakhan State University immersed themselves in a discussion of the plan for implementing the university development programme for the next 10 years.
The strategic session was simultaneously held in two locations — the ASU Boiling Point Center and the Platform Institute for Education Development. The workshop brought together the staff and students of ASU and ASUACE.
During these two days, the participants of the strategic session felt like a united team with a common target — to develop the university. The participants discussed a successful scenario of establishing a Caspian Open Network University, necessary steps for the coming months, principles of information management and a system for storing tasks.
ASU is one of the winners of Priority 2030, a large-scale competition of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, aimed to support higher educational institutions.
All employees of the university are given a task of implementing the plan for the strategic development of Astrakhan State University in various areas — to make the university a core of an innovative scientific and educational cluster and a resource, expert and analytical center of the Caspian macroregion.
The project on implementing the Priority 2030 programme has begun.
