ASU Students Study in International Exchange Programme in South Korea
Fourth-year students of the Faculty of Digital Technologies & Cybersecurity Dmitry Denisov and Egor Vasiliev went abroad for studies within the framework of an agreement concluded between Astrakhan State University and Dongseo University in 2015.
The paperwork took several months. The staff of the Center for Russian-Asian Cooperation helped the students with this. Having prepared all the documents, the students could apply to the embassy. The trip was slightly postponed due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but in late August, the guys could finally leave for South Korea.
The test period of the programme took place on September 1-7: the students attended introductory classes and chose the subjects they would study. The opted for information security and programming, introduction to artificial intelligence, Korean 1 and human development.
The studies were held online until early October. Once the offline classes started, young people began to attend lectures. All the training under the student exchange programme is held in English.
