ASU Signs Cooperation Agreement with Brest State A.S. Pushkin University

The document was signed during the visit of an Astrakhan delegation to Brest for the solemn celebration of the 78th anniversary of the city’s liberation from Nazi invaders.

Astrakhan Tatishchev State University was represented by the Dean of the Faculty of Pedagogical Education, Art, Service and Culture, Professor at the Department of Social Pedagogy and Psychology Galina Palatkina. Representatives of the two universities signed a cooperation agreement during her working visit to Brest State A.S. Pushkin University.

Along with the signing of the agreement, a series of events attended by the Astrakhan delegation included a working meeting with representatives of the Department of Ideological Activity and Youth Affairs of the Municipal Executive Committee of Brest, where the participants discussed issues of further cooperation between the sister cities of Astrakhan and Brest in the field of youth policy.

The delegation members also took part in the flower-laying ceremony on Svoboda Square at the Liberation Monument and at the Eternal Flame at the Brest Fortress-Hero memorial complex.
